We are a private firm, with a Board composition of both internal and external directors.  Our external directors receive compensation, while our internal Directors do not.  It is time to review our external director compensation and we would appreciate any information from other private firms with respect to their overall compensation, i.e. retainers, per meeting etc.  Any industry benchmarks or market research areas would also be of benefit.  Thank you.
