Our newly formed Corporate Governance Committee is working to draft an "IPO Readiness Checklist" of key items we must focus on in order to meet Public Company requirements as we move towards IPO.

I would be very interested to hear from anyone who may have a template, or a Checklist that they may have used with their own company, or ideas on the key areas of focus for our Committee, our Board, and for me moving forward.
