Searching for a Local Chapter Chair TORONTO CHAPTER

The GPC National Office is searching for a volunteer to take over the role of Chapter chair in the Toronto Local Chapter.

The chair will lead the efforts of the local chapter committee in Toronto.

The Local Chapter Committees are composed of local GPC member volunteers who are keen to be involved in GPC’s local engagement efforts. Their purpose is to create a stronger GPC local presence and to create and support a local network in cities across Canada. To be part of a Local Chapter Committee, one must be a member of GPC. It is recommended that the Chapter Committees meet monthly or every other month, and set a quarterly schedule of events (education or networking).

Please reply to this thread if you are interested.

    Warm regards.

    Hi,

I recognize that this post has been made quite some time ago, however I was wondering if we're still looking for a local chapter chair? If not, happy to chat further - you may reach me at (647) 500-3843.

    Thanks,

    Jocelyn

    Hi Jocelyn,

Christine Richard is the Chapter Chair (I believe there are one or two vice-chairs as well).  This is a relatively recent development.

    Hope that helps.

    Margaret
