Looking for feedback on how conflict of interest disclosure questionnaires are handled once they have been completed by board members. Are they vetted? if so by whom? is the information shared with the rest of the board members if so how? Thank you.

Hi Marina,

As the Governance Specialist, I review the completed conflict of interest forms. Is there is anything of significance, I would flag it for our Corporate Secretary and the Board Chair.

No, the other Board members should not view the forms. Interestingly, that question was just discussed by our Board with an external evaluation consultant at our September Board meeting.
