For the past and current Board Chair, the governance committee has been comprised of the  board chair, audit committee chair and HR committee chair.  It’s my belief that those three positions are the executive of the board and the governance committee should be a separate group. Does anyone have this composition as well, if so, why… If not, does anyone have a separate TOR for the board executive?
