I have been asked at short notice to undertake a high level benchmarking exercise to determine if our company has the appropriate staffing levels for the Corporate Secretarial Department.

• If your company is a medium/large public company and you would be willing to share information with us, please complete the attached questionnaire and email it to me at carol.gear@atco.com by Wednesday, April 3.  All information will remain confidential.
• Could you suggest any third parties who provide benchmarking for Corporate Secretarial Departments?  CEB Gartner has some benchmarking data but it is quite dated.
