Small (Quasi-Public, Not-for-profit) asks

Our Board has requested that Director attendance be reported back to the nominating entity annually.   We’re considering adding this as part of our annual correspondence to the nominating entity, it was also suggested that attendance could be included in our annual report.   We’d like to reach out to the GPC community to see how other organizations report on Director attendance.  Thank you so much for your time!

We include a table of Board Meeting Attendance as part of the  Governance section of the Annual Report.  The table includes headers such as Director's name, Board and the name of the Committees. Then under each header we have the name of each director, the number of Boards attended 4/5 and also the number of Committees attendance if that Director is part of a specific committee 3/4.
