Hello. I currently work for a small non-profit organization and I am responsible for managing all Board logistics. My current title is Executive Assistant/Office Manager.

I would be interested if anyone can share the salary-bands for their Administrative staff that also act in this dual role or solely as the Corporate Secretary. Our organization currently does not have a pay-scale so I am researching this information.
