Does anyone have any recommendations on software to handle version control of your draft board documents? We have a shared drive where everything goes, but all of the versions come through me as Board Secretary and I get many multiple versions of documents. I am looking for a better, more efficient way of managing this. We do use a board portal for the final documents for Directors, but I'm talking about drafts and revisions that we review with our executives before we get to the final documents. Any thoughts?
