In regards to Committees, we currently have the typical committees. However, we do not have an HR Committee. I would like to know what the general mandate is for an HR Committee, or if the mandate is held inside one of the other committees, ie. Compensation. Regardless, what is considered as part of an HR mandate that would fall outside of Management. I would presume that the subject topic is fairly standard no matter what type of company.
