We are a large publicly traded company who does frequent offerings.  We are interested to know:

    1. What is your trading blackout?

    2. Do you prohibit offerings during the blackout? Is the year-end blackout treated differently than quarterly blackouts? If you do allow offerings during blackout, do you seek board approval?

    3. How frequent are you doing offerings and what kind of offerings do you do (equity versus debt)?

It would also be helpful to know company/stock exchange.
