Answer:

(1)  Yes, we hold regular Strategy Sessions.  They are held annually.

(2)  We have assets in both Canada and the US so we try to alternate the Strategy Session locatino between Canada and the US in order to potentially visit these assets while holding the session.

(3)  Yes, we own oil and gas assets which are regulated.

1. Our company holds an annual one day strategy session for the full Board and a strategy update is given at all regularly scheduled board meetings (4 times a year)

2.  The annual one day strategy session has been held in different operating locations, based on a rotational schedule.
