Hello,
As part of our succession planning, our Board will be meeting with Internal CEO candidates for the first time this year.
While the meeting is set up as a "meet and greet" and not an interview, they would like to develop a few questions to ask both candidates to help guide the conversation. Materials will be provided to the group outlining the candidate's experience and skillsets in advance.
Does anyone do this in their organization that could provide some insight or resources?
