Email Communication Protocols (Privacy)

    We are a non-profit organization and are reviewing our protocols around email communications to our Boards and Committees. We are seeking input on how you communicate via email to your boards/committees while respecting privacy issues. For example, we have a recommendation to BCC: the distribution lists to respect the privacy (email addresses). We are hoping to gather some input from other organizations on their practices.
