Our Board Secretariat will be undertaking two competitive processes in a Crown Corporation setting with limited time to prepare. We will hire a Board Assistant (focus on administration) and a Board Analyst (focus on governance). Does anyone have a pre-designed exam, and/or interview questions we could review to inform our own hiring process - at either level? Both positions will report to, and work with, the Senior Assistant Secretary to the Board of Directors. Replies from any sector are welcome as the same basic skills and aptitudes should apply regardless of organization type.
