In addition to imposed legal and regulatory obligations, corporations typically set a variety of internal controls to implement compliance requirements and to create a sound corporate environment for all. At issue is where and how to optimally set these internal controls in the governance stack: in bylaws? policies? directives? procedures? In this practical workshop, we will dive into a modern corporate scenario and turn our mind to resolve a number of issues by updating the corporate governance stack.
