Has your organization recently undergone, or is currently contemplating a governance review?  And if not, should you be?  Governance reviews are unique to every organisation as they depend on factors such as the organisation’s ownership, legal structure, regulatory environment, culture and the outcomes sought in undertaking a review, however, the underpinnings of a governance framework are common to most organizations.

Please join us for a panel discussion with a diverse group of professionals from the Edmonton area as they talk about their insights and experiences participating in governance reviews. Discussion will include the theory behind why reviewing governance matters, types of review, culture and context, outcomes, and how to ensure that the governance structures and processes are fit for purpose.

Following the panel discussion, please stay for a reception and take advantage of the opportunity to network with your governance peers.
