Risk Balance, a specialty corporate insurance brokerage, will be providing a presentation addressing two key Board level areas of exposure:

1. Directors & Officers Liability Insurance, and
2. Cyber Insurance

The session will include an overview of Director’s personal exposures and the benefits of a Directors & Officers Liability Insurance policy.
