governance regime changes in order that you may:

  • Understanding the proposed National Policy 58-201’s Corporate Governance Principles and how the
    principles-based approach compares to the current guidelines.
  • Gain insight on how the new general disclosure requirements would replace the existing “comply or explain” disclosure model set out in National Instrument 58-101 Disclosure of Corporate Governance Practices.
  • Better understand the practical implications for issuer companies of all sizes
